Join the Westport Sunrise Rotary Club on June 27, 10am - 2pm, downtown on Jesup Green for one of Westport’s most fun and meaningful traditions—the Great Duck Race!
Thousands of rubber ducks will race to the finish line, with each duck corresponding to a raffle ticket, giving ticket buyers the chance to win one of the $10,000 in cash prizes while supporting a great cause.
More than just a race, the event includes a Family Fun Faire featuring games, activities for children, food, music, and local sponsors. At 1:00pm, families gather along the “race course,” cheering on their ducks and enjoying a festive atmosphere that captures the spirit of Westport.

What Is Rotary?

Westport Sunrise Rotarians volunteer their time, collaborate, plan, participate in and support numerous projects to help those in need and to improve the lives of people in Fairfield County, regionally and internationally. To raise money for our charitable activities and grants to non-profits, we hold Fundraisers throughout the year. The Great Duck Race in late June, the Westport Uncorked Wine Tasting in the Fall, and the Super Bowl Raffle in February are our major fundraisers. They are all a lot of fun to participate in!
